1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from or use ede.ifa.university. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy or sign up.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure and for what is done with it. Give us accurate information and tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

3. Prices, orders and payment

The price you see at checkout, including any tax we must add, is the price you pay. Payment is taken by our payment processor; we never see or keep your full card number. An order is complete when payment succeeds. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may withhold or withdraw what it paid for.

4. Subscriptions

A subscription renews automatically each period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel, and is charged to the payment method you gave. You can cancel at any time as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We will tell you before a price change affects an existing subscription.

5. Digital products and access

Digital products, courses and memberships give you personal access for the period you paid for. You may not share your access, resell it or copy it beyond what the product allows.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use ede.ifa.university to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, interfere with the service or other people’s use of it, or try to get round its limits.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post or upload. You give us the permission we need to store and show it as part of running ede.ifa.university.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide ede.ifa.university with reasonable care but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen or that come from causes outside our control. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

9. Ending your account

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or safety requires us to act at once.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date. Using ede.ifa.university after a change means you accept it. Questions: info@ifa.university.
