1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what ede.ifa.university does with personal information when you use this site.
2. What we collect
Your name and email address, your account details, what you order and the date, and information your browser sends us such as IP address and device type. If you use features such as courses or meetings, we also record your progress or attendance. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we receive the amount, date, last four digits and card type, never your full card number.
3. Why we use it
To run your account, deliver what you buy, take and record payment, keep the site safe and working, and answer your questions. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who else handles it
Our payment processor, our email provider and our hosting company handle information only to provide their service to us. We may share information when the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.
5. How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs such as IP addresses are cleared on a regular schedule. When an account is closed we delete what we are not required to keep.
6. Cookies
We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in, hold your cart and remember your checkout.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to receive a copy. Write to info@ifa.university; we answer within 30 days.
8. Security
Connections to this site are encrypted and we keep secrets such as keys in an encrypted vault. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit who can see personal information.
9. Children
This site is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post any new version here with its date.
