Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by writing to info@ifa.university. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not delete your account.

2. What you pay after you cancel

What you have paid for stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not charge you again after you cancel, and we do not refund the rest of a period already started.

3. Refunds

If you are unhappy with a first purchase, ask within 7 days of paying and we will refund it, provided you have not yet used what you bought. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take several days to appear. Later payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise or where we charged you by mistake, in which case we refund the mistake in full.

4. Changing what you pay for

Lowering what you pay for takes effect at your next renewal and does not refund the period already paid. Adding something starts its charge when you add it.

5. How to ask for help

If a charge looks wrong, write to info@ifa.university and we will look at it promptly.
